• Inquiries & Availability: Submitting an inquiry or consultation request through the Site does not guarantee an appointment or lock in a date until confirmed in writing and accompanied by any required retainer or deposit.
• Service Agreements: Individual beauty appointments, bridal bookings, or on-location assignments are governed by a separate Service Contract/Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Site Terms and an executed Service Contract, the terms of the signed Service Contract take precedence.
