    Service Policies

    NRBT Special Event Service Policies

    These policies are in place to protect the experience, scheduling, and service quality for all clients and artists. By booking with NRBT, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

    Payment Policy

    • A 50% retainer is required to secure the appointment date.
    • The remaining balance is due the day before the appointment to confirm the booking.

    Early Start Time Policy

    • Special event appointments with a start time before 8:00 AM are subject to a $35 early start fee per artist.
    • Appointments with unpaid balances are subject to cancellation.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment result in forfeiture of the retainer.
    • If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the client is responsible for the full appointment balance.
    • Same-day cancellations are treated as a late cancellation and full payment remains due.

    Rescheduling Policy

    • Appointment reschedules are subject to team availability.
    • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the appointment may transfer the existing retainer one time toward a new date.
    • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are treated as a cancellation and the client is responsible for the full appointment balance.
    • No-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.
    • Multiple rescheduling requests will require a new retainer payment to secure a future date.

    No-Show Policy

    • If the client does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and communication has not been made, the appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled.
    • All payments made will be forfeited.
    • No-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

    Late Policy

    • If a Special Event Client is more than 15 minutes late, the client is charged a $30 late fee before the appointment begins. (Bridal: bride is billed on invoice; notify operations.)
    • Payment must be sent via Zelle to info@nickirouge.com before services continue.
    • If the client is more than 30 minutes late, NRBT reserves the right to cancel or modify the appointment based on remaining timeline availability.

    Client Preparation Requirements

    Makeup Clients

    Clients must arrive with:

    • Clean skin free of makeup
    • Groomed brows
    • No facial hair if a smoother makeup application is desired
    Hair Clients

    Clients must arrive with:

    • Hair fully washed, conditioned, and dry before styling appointments unless the appointment is a full-service install
    • Hair fully detangled
    • Extensions and accessories present at the appointment

    Hair Extension Policy

    • NRBT offers hair extensions from our in-house collection for an additional cost. Bridal clients are required to use NRBT extensions and install services. Outside extensions are only permitted for special event clients and wedding party clients.

    Service Modification Policy

    • NRBT reserves the right to modify, simplify, or shorten services if client lateness impacts the scheduled timeline.
    • Full results cannot be guaranteed when appointment time is reduced due to delays caused by the client.

    Same-Day Changes Policy

    • Same-day changes to hairstyle, makeup look, service counts, appointment location, or timing are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.

    Satisfaction & Approval Policy

    • Clients are expected to communicate desired adjustments during the appointment.
    • Once the client approves the final look and leaves the chair, the service is considered complete.

    Refund Policy

    • All services, retainers, and payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Dissatisfaction must be communicated during the appointment before service completion.

    Touch-Up Policy

    • Touch-up services are not included unless booked in advance.

    Additional Guests Policy

    • Only individuals receiving services should be present in the immediate service area unless otherwise approved.

    Parking & Access Policy

    • Clients are responsible for parking fees, valet fees, and ensuring artists have reasonable access to the service location.

    Communication Policy

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to appointment-related communication in a timely manner.
    • NRBT is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication.

    Right to Refuse Service

    • NRBT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe environments, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or conditions that may compromise artist safety or service quality.

    Sanitation & Illness Policy

    • NRBT reserves the right to refuse services if a client presents with contagious illnesses, lice, open wounds, or unsafe sanitary conditions.

    Photo & Inspiration Policy

    • Inspiration photos are used as a reference only.
    • Final results may vary based on skin type, skin condition, facial features, hair texture, density, length, and previous hair or makeup history.

    Photo & Video Policy

    • NRBT reserves the right to capture photos and videos of services for portfolio, marketing, educational, social media, and promotional purposes.
    • Clients who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must communicate this in writing before the appointment begins.

    NRBT Bridal Service Terms & Conditions

    By booking with Nicki Rouge Bridal Team (“NRBT”), the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

    Booking & Payment

    • A non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to secure the wedding date.
    • Remaining payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
    • Services are subject to cancellation if payments are not completed on time.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Rescheduling requests are subject to team availability.
    • Wedding cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments made and additional balances due depending on timing.

    Service Modifications

    • Changes to services, staffing, locations, timelines, or schedules after booking are subject to approval and may incur additional fees.
    • Delays caused by the Client, bridal party, or vendors may require service modifications to maintain the wedding timeline.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate wedding details and timelines
    • Responding to communication in a timely manner
    • Ensuring all individuals receiving services are prepared at their scheduled service time
    • Disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before services begin

    Travel & Onsite Services

    • Travel fees, parking, tolls, valet, lodging, and other travel-related expenses may apply for onsite services.

    Photo & Video Release

    • NRBT reserves the right to capture and use photos and videos for portfolio, marketing, educational, website, and social media purposes.
    • Clients who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify NRBT in writing before services begin.

    Right to Refuse Service

    • NRBT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe environments, harassment, inappropriate behavior, or conditions that compromise artist safety or service quality.

    Liability

    • Inspiration photos are used as a reference only and final results may vary.
    • Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before services are performed.

    Agreement Acknowledgement

    • By booking services with NRBT, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
