Nicki is the founder and CEO of Nicki Rouge Bridal Team (NRBT), a beauty experience company redefining how beauty is delivered with a team of 21 artists. Through intentional systems, standards, and her Artist Development Academy, Nicki has transformed beauty from a basic service into a managed luxury experience.
She built NRBT to solve a gap the industry has long ignored by designing a structured beauty process for bougie black women. Her work goes beyond hair and makeup, placing the client experience at the center of every detail. The NRBT standard establishes beauty as a managed operation, not just artistry.
